Brian Hansen has over 25 years experience in the construction industry, including commercial, residential, and municipal projects. His construction career started when he was 14 years old helping his dad frame custom homes on Cape Cod. Brian attended Keene State College and then the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he studied business and organizational psychology. After graduation, he gained significant experience restoring historic buildings around the Research Triangle Park area in North Carolina.
In 2001, Brian and his family moved to New Hampshire, where he started a hazardous materials company that specialized in mold remediation. This company provided HAZMAT removal services as well as a full suite of building envelope diagnosis & forensic services to fix the source of the problem – not just the symptoms. Over the next 8 years, Brian’s company performed over 500 projects, including comprehensive turn-key projects for residential and commercial clients from Maine to New Jersey. In that same time, Brian’s company was nominated for several small business excellence awards, won consumer service awards, and maintained an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Since 2010, Brian has focused his time and energy on successfully developing real estate and rehabbing buildings for a private real estate portfolio. In this time, he also kept busy as an expert witness in multiple cases involving building failures and comprehensive structural repairs.
All of this experience in the field getting his hands dirty has given Brian a unique perspective on real-life solutions to building problems. Brian is eager and ready to partner up with you to say “Yes, I can help you solve that problem.” Find a partner you can trust – contact Brian now at firstname.lastname@example.org.
